How are parcels shipped?

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Second Class, which I aim to dispatch within 3-4 business days of receiving your order and payment. Please message me for expedited delivery.

Tracking is available upon request.

Please note that international buyers are responsible for all duties and custom charge that may be incurred, this included European customers who are now subject to increased taxes following Brexit.

All shipping prices include the price of packing materials.

Please ask for a quote for deliveries outside of Europe.
 

Refunds and Exchanges

I will refund any item which arrives damaged as long as you provide me with a photo of the damaged item within seven days of receipt. (I haven’t had a breakage in the last 4 years of sending out parcels).

I gift-wrap all parcels.

I have a used a variety of pictures to try and give you a full view of my work, however, small marks or blemishes may occur due to the natural and handmade process of producing the work. These to me represent the difference from factory produced work and are often the beauty of the piece and reminder that it is a handmade item.

I am happy to discuss a commission piece if it is work that I have already made or is within my colour palette.
