Summer collection of handthrown pastel porcelain pottery
I am a small batch producer with a small kiln, so I tend to have seasonal collections and some products are never repeated.
Sometimes some items sell before I have had a chance to show offer their photography, so this is a little homage to a recent photoshoot with Tamsyn Morgans; as well as a few of my garden shots.
Petal vases were new for summer 2023 and feature an altered rim which from above forms a petal shape and acts as useful neck for displaying garden blooms.
These milk bottle style vases continue to be a core popular item with my valued customers. This summer I made extra lilac ones as I just love this glaze colour.
Taking inspiration from the summer I introduced two new mug colourways: Sea Breeze and Strawberries and Cream.
I hadn’t made travel cups for a while, and these were one of the first items to sell out. I glazed them with white for an ombre pastel vibe.
The images above of these flower-frog vases were photographed by me using a mixture of David Austin roses from my garden and Stem and Petal.
On request I had made a couple of minis, so I decided to make a few more as they are cute and are good to practice technique on.
